UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the
petitioners that so far as SLP(C) No. 29390 of 2013 is concerned,
service is complete. The petitioner may serve the unserved
respondents in rest of the matters.
Ms. Shobha Dixit, learned senior counsel appearing for the
State in all the matters prays and is permitted one week's time to
file counter affidavit. Mr. Gopal Singh, learned counsel appearing
for National Council for Teacher Education(NCTE) prays and is also
granted one week's time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder
affidavit, if any, may be filed within one week thereafter.
List the matters on 3rd March, 2014.
